Hello Everybody,
I have nothing to say right now, so I will post some tips I saw on certain sites about how to take good care of a notebook...
- Do not spill any liquid on your laptop.
- Don't eat over your laptop.
- Keep your hands clean.
- Protect the LCD display monitor.
- Don't cram the computer too tightly into a carrying case. Buy or make a laptop case that is large enough to hold it.
- Hold and lift the computer by its base, not by its LCD display (the screen).
- Don't pull on the power cord.
- Don't roll your chair over the computer cord.
- Plug in accessory devices into their proper slots.
- Handle any removable drives with care.
- Insert drives into their slots carefully and at the correct angle.
- Check to see if labels are affixed securely before inserting media like CDs, DVDs or floppy disks into your laptop computer, to prevent them jamming in the drive.
- Don't expose your laptop to rapid temperature fluctuations.
- Have the unit cleaned once a year to remove internal dust.
